Waalaxy sends the message. Lynkgrids sends it and keeps the customer: every reply lands on a contact record with a deal stage, so nothing is lost between LinkedIn and your CRM.
Waalaxy sells three tiers and charges extra to read replies inside the tool. Lynkgrids has one feature set and two prices.

Waalaxy figures are from waalaxy.com/pricing, read on 12 October 2026, in euros on monthly billing; yearly and quarterly billing are discounted. Lynkgrids figures are from our pricing page on the same date.
At EUR 19, Waalaxy Pro is cheaper than anything we sell. If one person sends connection requests and the CRM question is already settled, that price is hard to argue with.
The moment a reply has to go somewhere, Waalaxy hands you off to another tool. Lynkgrids is where the reply goes. The deal stage, the notes and the next task sit on the same record the message came from.
A connection request costs nothing. The reply is what you paid for, and it is the thing most LinkedIn tools drop. In Waalaxy the reply shows up in LinkedIn, or in the paid Inbox add-on, and then someone copies it into the CRM by hand or sets up a sync to HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Lynkgrids was built after we lost deals that way on our own accounts. Every touch is written to one timeline on the contact. When a prospect replies three weeks after the last message, the record already shows what was said and which stage the deal is in.
The AI drafting works from that same record. Pick OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Groq, give it your company context, and it writes from the prospect's LinkedIn activity, the email thread and the deal stage, not from a blank template.
Lynkgrids runs in the cloud with a dedicated IP per account, randomized delays, local working hours and a warm-up schedule for new accounts. Nothing runs inside your browser session.
Your prospects come with you as a CSV. Your connections come with you through a one-time sync.
Export your Waalaxy prospects as CSV and import them into a Lynkgrids list. Duplicates merge on arrival.
Run the one-time 1st-degree connections sync so existing relationships land in the CRM with their history.
If the account has been idle, start at 5 to 10 invites a day for the first week and let the schedule climb.
Connection request, wait, message, then an email step. Replies stop the sequence and open a deal.
Import your Waalaxy list, run one sequence, and watch the replies land on contact records instead of in a tab you forgot about.
