Please read these terms carefully before using Lynkgrids.

1. Acceptance of terms

Lynkgrids is owned and operated by Lynkread LLP. By using Lynkgrids you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Lynkgrids is a sales engagement CRM and LinkedIn automation tool that automates activities such as connection requests, messaging, and engagement actions, and manages contacts, deals, and pipeline.

3. User responsibilities

You must

  • Have a valid LinkedIn account.
  • Comply with LinkedIn's terms of service.
  • Use the service responsibly and ethically.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Keep your API keys secure.

You must not

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Violate LinkedIn's usage policies.
  • Use the service for illegal or harmful activities.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the software.

4. LinkedIn compliance

  • LinkedIn may restrict or block automated activities at its discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own LinkedIn account.
  • We are not responsible for account suspension or enforcement actions by LinkedIn.
  • You should review and understand LinkedIn's automation and platform policies.

5. API usage

  • You must obtain your own API keys for AI integrations.
  • Any third-party API usage or costs are your responsibility.
  • API rate limits and usage terms are defined by each provider.

6. Intellectual property

  • The software is licensed for use, not sold.
  • All rights, titles, and interests in the software remain with the developers.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the software or its components.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all LinkedIn features or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

  • LinkedIn account suspensions or bans.
  • Data loss (you should regularly export and back up your data).
  • API service interruptions or third-party issues.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Subscription and payment

  • A trial may be available with usage limitations.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your selection.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive activity, or fail to pay for a paid plan.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts.
